Throughout the drink menu, the main concept is floriography, or “a way of showing the language of cocktails through art with botanical elements.” I love using the floriography elements because I’m passionate about arts and think botanicals are great in creating both visual and gustatory impacts. It will be dark, mellow, and interactive. The theme for the fall cocktails will be based on rain, forest, and wintery flavors. What is the theme for your fall cocktails? For example, the umami in the salmon skin garnish in Chatpata Fizz can be accentuated if paired with Smoked Salmon Blinis and the Tarragon homemade liquor in Sparkling Pattern can add a bit of refreshing flavor to the Forest Arancini made with mushrooms, while the Prosecco in the drink pairs best with the spicy marinara sauce in the food.
